XD2 started as a simple dream between my sister, Windie, and I, and OUR dream become MY future and purpose. The studio grew into a place filled with passion, laughter, hard work, and heart. A place where dancers didn’t just learn steps and technique, but discovered confidence, built friendships, and found a true sense of belonging. I know she would be so proud of what XD2 became, and I imagine her smiling and dancing in heaven as she watches this final performance.
Over the years, this journey has continued to grow in ways I never could have imagined. For the past 20 years, Kimberly stepped in and became such an important part of this story, helping shape XD² into what it is today. And along the way, Kimissa was born, another beautiful part of this legacy and the life that grew alongside it.
The SPRING CONCERT stage has meant so much to so many dancers. First dances, final bows, moments of doubt, and moments of triumph. And through it all, it has been the greatest privilege to watch so many incredible young people grow into who they are today through the art of dance.
To our past and present dancers: you are the reason this place existed. Your dedication, your energy, and your love for dance brought this studio to life every single day for 24 years.
To our past and present families: thank you for your trust, your support, and for allowing us to be part of your lives and your children’s journeys. It has truly been our greatest honor.
To our present and past teachers and staff: thank you for the passion, care, and commitment you gave so selflessly. Your dedication for the art of dance is what kept this dream alive for over 2 decades.
While this was our final recital, it doesn’t feel like an ending as much as it feels like a celebration of everything that was built here, and everything that will continue because of it.
Because what was created within these walls doesn’t just disappear. It lives on in every dancer who walked through the XD2 doors, in every lesson carried forward, in every memory that will always make us smile and finally into Bloom Dance Studio.
Today, we don’t just close a chapter, we celebrate and honor it.
Thank you for 24 years of movement, memories, and magic. It has meant more to me than words can ever fully express.
