XD2's focus will remain on teaching accuracy of movement and proper terminology, as well as instilling joy and appreciation for the art of dance in all it’s students. Our professionally trained faculty will continue to aid in the growth of each dancer in a positive environment.
Founded in 2002, sisters Windie McEvoy and Melissa Glasgow created XD2 with a foundation peppered with passion, artistry, and spirit. Shortly into XD2’s youthful beginning, tragedy struck and Windie’s life was taken. Through it all, Melissa pressed forward with their shared dream.
Melissa’s dedication and innovation has grown the studio beyond it’s origin. Now, she is proud to say the relocation and expansion of XD2 in 2009, is undoubtedly, the vision she and Windie shared years ago.
Currently, with Kimberly Hancock at her side, and now their shared dedication to the studio,
XD2 expanded yet again the summer of 2014!
Contemporary in design, the NOW 6,400 square foot facility has 4 spacious studios, a dressing room, and lounge area for dancers. The parent sitting areas display televisions for you to observe your dancer as they take class.
