DRESS CODE
All students must follow XD2 class dress code. Please see documented dress code/policies.

INCLEMENT WEATHER/CLOSINGS
We will follow the same inclement weather schedule as GISD. If school resides later in the day, then XD2 will have class. In the event the studio does close, all closings will be posted on our social media fb, insta, website, and emailed. No refunds, discounts, or make-up classes are available for missed classes, holidays, inclement weather, or city/state wide mandated studio closings.

COMMUNICATION
The best way to communicate with teachers is by email or calling the studio. Phone messages may not be returned the same day. Teachers cannot accept calls during class time. It is the parent’s responsibility to be aware of all school activities, closed dates, etc. Communications will primarily occur through emails and posted notices in the lobby of the Studio. Parents, or adult students, must inform the Studio of any address, email, or telephone number changes.

WITHDRAWING FROM THE STUDIO
If you want to withdraw from class, you must send an email request. All withdrawal email requests must be received by the 20th of the month to be effective for the following month.  If you do not send an email withdrawal, your card on file will continue to be charged and refunds will not be given.

REFUNDS DUE TO CLASS CANCELLATIONS
No refunds, discounts, or make-up classes are available for missed classes, holidays, inclement weather, or city/state wide mandated studio closings.

SUBSTITUTIONS
The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes.

ATTENDANCE
When you register your child for a class, it is assumed they will remain in that class from the time of registration - May. Students can only learn by attending class regularly, therefore, attendance is crucial. Excessive absences from a class could lead to the dancer being removed from the Spring Concert.
